To give you added confidence and peace of mind for when your family and friends are enjoying your furniture, we are proud to offer the MFS Protection Plan. This affordable protection plan, basically gives you 5 years of worry free use of your furniture--- including fabric protection, leather protection, and wood protection. You will want to discuss this important option with your sales associate!

Our custom order program is one of the attributes that many of our customers appreciate most. Other furniture stores are limited to the things that are on the showroom floor, but not at L. A. Waters! You may see a sofa style you love, but the fabric will not work for your room…your L. A. Waters sales consultant will guide you through selecting just the right fabric for your “one of a kind sofa” ----- to make your family room comes alive! Or, maybe you have a special style bedroom or dining furniture in mind, we will help you find just the right pieces to bring your ideas to life!
So go ahead select the fabric, the finish, the style…..we will help you make great choices! And, we will offer you the same discount prices on your special order selections that we give on our in stock merchandise! It’s just another reason why L. A. Custom orders delivery times can vary depending on the manufacturer’s required lead time and stock availability. Most custom upholstery orders will take from 4 to 8 weeks and normal ship time for wood products is 3 to 6 weeks. (These are estimates and your delivery may be faster or slower—remember we are working to get your special order safely to you as quickly as possible.) Also, custom orders on furniture require a 10% nonrefundable deposit and custom orders on fabric yardage, pillows and rugs require payment in full prior to order.
